Clinical Supervision for Therapists Who Want More Than Just Hours

You’re holding space for everyone else, clients in crisis, systems in chaos, and still wondering:
“Am I doing this right?”
“Is it just me, or is this work slowly burning me out?”
“Where do I even go to talk about the weight of this?”

You’re craving more than checkbox hours toward licensure.
You want reflection. Real support. A place to process the emotional toll of the work without judgment.
You want supervision that helps you feel more yourself in the room.

Hi, I’m Marjorie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience across community mental health, school systems, primary care, clinical leadership, and private practice. At this phase of my career, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting thoughtful early- to mid-career therapists like you, clinicians doing meaningful work while at times questioning their confidence.

If you’ve been white-knuckling it through complex sessions, navigating broken systems, or second-guessing your own instincts, I want you to know: this space is for you.

This isn’t the kind of supervision where you’re expected to have it all figured out.
And it’s definitely not the kind where you get a checklist of what to do “right.”

The model I offer is rooted in consciousness-raising, a collaborative, relational process of slowing down and getting curious. Together, we reflect not just on your cases, but on you as a clinician: your instincts, your blind spots, your questions about power, theory, identity, and the systems you’re practicing within.

Supervision with me isn’t linear. It’s layered, iterative, and responsive to what’s emerging right now.
Sometimes we’ll sit with the discomfort of not-knowing.
Sometimes we’ll challenge assumptions.
Sometimes we’ll find clarity you didn’t even know you were searching for.

One therapist once said:
“Thank you for moving me to believe in myself and inviting me to see myself in ways I hadn’t thought about. I feel more confident not just in my clinical skills but my ability to advocate for myself.”

That’s the kind of transformation this space invites.
You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to pretend.
We’ll get curious together about your impulses, your hesitations, and what your body already knows but hasn’t had permission to trust.

It’s easy to get lost in self-doubt.
To leave a session replaying every word, wondering if you missed something.
To sit in staff meetings silently disagreeing but unsure how to speak up.
To look around and wonder: Why does everyone else seem to know what they’re doing?

Supervision with me is about helping you come home to your own clinical authority, grounded, and embodied.

We’ll explore the ways you’ve internalized hierarchy, hustle, or hyper-responsibility.
We’ll look at where your intuition lives.
And we’ll name the difference between compliance and discernment.

This is deep integration work, supporting you to feel more confident not just in your clinical skills, but in your ability to advocate for yourself, hold your ground ethically, and navigate complex systems without abandoning your nervous system.

Over time, you’ll notice something shift:
✨ You speak with more clarity.
✨ You trust what you sense in the room.
✨ You stop defaulting to “I don’t know.”
✨ You begin practicing from a place of self-trust.

You don’t need to prove anything here.
You don’t need to perform.
You get to bring the messy, the uncertain, the stuck. I’ll meet you with respect, clarity, and care.

A space that’s non-shaming and non-pathologizing
Thoughtful reflection rooted in clinical rigor and deep listening
Respect for your lived experience, intersecting identities, and intuition
A consistent awareness of power, positionality, and systemic context
A supervisor who practices what she teaches, and who’s still learning too

I believe good supervision should leave you feeling:
✔️ More grounded in your body
✔️ More clear in your clinical voice
✔️ More connected to your purpose
✔️ More resourced
