What To Expect

This is what you can expect after you’ve requested an appointment with us. A link will be sent to you to complete your profile and e-sign the consent forms in the client portal. Please do so within 24 hours. If you have an active plan with BCBS, CareFirst, or Cigna, please email the front and back copy of your insurance ID card as well as a copy of your government issued ID to billing@ramcircle.com for proper identification and verification of benefits.

Your first appointment will last approximately one hour. Since we are only holding virtual sessions during the Covid-19 pandemic, you will log into the portal for your scheduled session. In order to maximize the time allotted for your appointment, we kindly ask that you log in at least five minutes early.
